NCAT President Justice Lea Armstrong has announced the Attorney General has made the following appointments commencing on Monday, 9 September 2019:
Mark Harrowell has been appointed as a Deputy President and Division Head of NCAT’s Consumer and Commercial Division. Mr Harrowell was most recently a Principal Member of NCAT.
Mr Stuart Westgarth, the previous Division Head of the Consumer and Commercial Division, retired from that position and has been reappointed as a part time Deputy President.
Mr Westgarth joins NCAT’s other retired Division Heads, The Hon Acting Judge Jennifer Boland AM, former Occupational Division Head, who was appointed part time Deputy President on 1 January 2019, and Acting Judge Nancy Hennessy, the former Administrative and Equal Opportunity Division Head, who was appointed Acting Judge of the District Court of NSW on 4 February 2019, and part time Deputy President on 28 February 2019.
