Business Development in the New North Lockheed Martin nears delivery of another Wisconsin-made littoral combat ship Milwaukee Business Journal Littoral Combat Ship 19, the future USS St. Louis built in Wisconsin by a team led by Bethesda, Maryland-based defense giant Lockheed Martin Corp., recently completed its acceptance trials on Lake Michigan and is expected to be delivered to the Navy early next year.
