NeighborWorks building townhouses in Navarino neighborhood
Green Bay Press-Gazette
NeighborWorks Green Bay continued the local townhouse trend Tuesday with plans to build five townhouses across from Navarino Park. The site was originally the site of four blighted homes that the city bought and demolished more than a decade ago to make way for a small park.
