This week we are launching a new series by Dr. Michael Fisher, a retired USDA Food Safety and Inspection Services (FSIS) veterinarian. We are very grateful for Dr. Fisher's contributions and think you will find his content and advice beneficial in your practices. We also have our first installment of Member-Photo-Monday Photos to share and an update for the FTCLDF Book Club.
