Marco Purchases ESG of Little Chute

ESG has provided its clients with technology solutions since 1992. The company has 75 employees and provides phone systems, access control and video surveillance, audio/video and data networking solutions. ESG’s employees have joined the Marco team and will be serving customers from its offices in Little Chute, Brookfield and Madison. The company will be operating as ESG for a short time.

Bank First National to Merge with Partnership Bank

The two institutions offer a diverse set of competencies that when combined, result in a stronger organization, according to a Bank First National press release. Bank First National operates 18 branches, primarily in Northeast Wisconsin, while Partnership Bank operates four branches in Cedarburg, Mequon, Watertown and Tomah.
