UWGB establishes UW System's first water science major

The major will focus on water's role in natural processes in Earth's systems, according to the university. Professors hope students can gain an understanding of chemistry, surface water hydrology, groundwater and biology of freshwater systems.

Our local events begin on March 19th at Manitowoc Lincoln and continue through April 17th at Two Rivers. The countywide final and celebration of entrepreneurship will be held at UW-Green Bay Manitowoc Campus’s Theater at 6:00pm on May 14th. There we will be awarding prizes from a pool of scholarships, seed funds, and in-kind consultation.
