ATS 200 UP
High precision machining of mounted lenses

The ATS 200 UP is designed for the machining of small and medium-sized lenses in production runs with medium batch sizes.
The extremely stable, hydrostatically mounted spindle used offers maximum rigidity and thermal stability.
Thus, accuracy of <1 µm for centering error, <1 µm for flange distance, <1 µm for roundness and <2 µm for diameter can be achieved for typical lens mounts.
