In combination with our OptiSurf® measuring head, the OptiCentric® 101 additionally allows the measurement of center thickness and air gaps. It thus completely characterizes all optical and mechanical parameters of the lens system. Thus, the following analyses and decisions can be made based on real measured values.

Patrik Langehanenberg received his doctorate in physics from the University of Münster in 2009. Since then he has been working for TRIOPTICS GmbH as R&D and product manager. Here, as a specialist in the optomechanical characterization of optical systems, he heads the devision Metrology and Processes for Optics Manufacturing (MPO).
