With the new software module the OptiSpheric® IOL PRO 2 can now be connected to your company's database in accordance to FDA 21 CFR PART 11. This allows you to retrieve sample-specific data and measurement scripts from the server as well as to archive your measurement results in conformity with the standards. Thus comprehensive analyses of your production quality can be performed offline, over any period of time and independent from the system's operating status.

WaveMaster® IOL 2 Wavefront comparison between design data and sample

The WaveMaster® IOL 2 wavefront measurement system with its Shack-Hartmann sensor compares the theoretical wavefront with that of the sample and is thus especially designed for the develepment sector. Both monofocal and toric refractive lenses can be tested. Comprehensive evalutations of the following measurement values are supported by the software:

Spatially resolved refractive power of the IOL over its entire aperture
- Lens aberrations with Zernike analysis
- Position of the toric axis and marker detection
- Modulation transfer function (MTF)
- Point spread function (PSF)
- Strehl ratio
