Do you know an individual, team, program, or organization making a difference in the field of school of mental health for youth? Submit nominations by this Friday, July 31, 2020. The awardee will be recognized during the celebration of the 25th annual conference on Thursday, October 29, 2020. Juanita Cunningham Evans Memorial Award
Juanita Cunningham Evans was instrumental in the development of the National Center for School Mental Health. As an ongoing memorial to Juanita Evans, the NCSMH has established an annual award given to an individual who has significantly impacted the advancement of school mental health policy, research, and/or practice. Nominations for this award should be external (i.e., no self-nominations and no employee of the NCSMH) and should include a one-page description of the nominee’s contributions to enhance policy, research, or practice in school mental health. School Mental Health Champion Award
We are seeking nominations for the third annual School Mental Health Champion Award. This award, being offered by the National Center for School Mental Health is to acknowledge an individual for their leadership and vision related to the advancement of school mental health. Submit nominations here.

School Mental Health Research Award
We are seeking nominations for the third annual School Mental Health Research Award. This award, being offered by the National Center for School Mental Health and School Mental Health Assessment, Research, and Training Center, is for an individual who has published research that has made important contributions to research and practice. Along with the primary consideration of impact, we will also secondarily consider other typical research indices (e.g., h-index, funding, quantity). The awardee will be recognized during the celebration of the 25th annual conference Thursday, October 29, 2020. Submit nominations here.

Youth and Family Partnership Award
Youth and family partnership at all levels is essential for the success of school mental health. NCSMH will honor one exemplar school district, organization, or school mental health program that effectively partners with youth and families in delivering quality school mental health programming. We encourage nominations for models that encompass clear frameworks/approaches for youth and family engagement, involvement, and partnership in school mental health. Nominations must include a one-page description of the nominee site’s successful partnership efforts. Submit nominations here.
