The ImageMaster®
HR is the worldwide standard when it comes to high-precision image quality inspection of small and medium-sized lenses, e.g. for smartphone, photo and film cameras as well as for driver assistance, surveillance and endoscope lenses.

ImageMaster® HR ––––––– With the newly available upgrades, the ImageMaster®
HR can measure additional parameters that are very important for all lens systems and play an essential role in virtual and augmented reality and in 3D scene recognition:
- The Veiling glare upgrade is used to measure the stray light using a differential method (glare spread function). Stray light glare occurs due to reflections between the lens surfaces. This is of high importance, for example, in cameras for driver assistance systems and virtual reality optics.
- The PSF upgrade enables the measurement of encircled energy (PSF, point spread function) which plays an essential role in the quality assessement of optical systems for
3D scene recognition.
In addition, the CamTest R&D upgrade enables the testing of complete camera modules.
