52 Wisconsin broadband providers offering subsidized internet through FCC program

Fifty-two Wisconsin broadband providers — including the state's largest providers — are participating in the Federal Communications Commission's Emergency Broadband Benefit Program (EBBP), which starts today.

The temporary $3.2 billion federal program will subsidize internet access by up to $50 per month for qualifying low-income households and up to $75 per month for eligible households on tribal lands.
