Welcome Friend, to your class inspirational. Whether you are in my in studio classes or online classes, we are going to have a fun time this week and I want you to join me!

| Monday- Palomar College class- Near and Middle Eastern Dance class course 162, 163, 262 and 263 (Professor JoEllen Handelsman)12 week intensive credited course for those wanting credits or for those just wanting to join in, have fun and get exercise. This class is for you!
6:00 pm - 9:25 pm- We have already had two classes and they were intense. How are your combinations coming along? So for this week, it's all about lower body movements; hip drops, hip circles, diagram patterns and script hip patterns. Fun fun fun!

| | | Tuesday Poway Adult Ed Class- Beg/Int and Int/Adv classes
6:30 pm Beg/Int class: What a fun class we started with. I had you jump right into script hip patterns and writing your name with different dance movements. Can't wait to add more to your dance repertoire this week!

| | | | Wednesday- Sohaila's Shining Stars Class- All level belly dance class and Choreography class
7-8 pm: What a fun class we had last week. I had new girls and we jumped right in to some fun moves to get them set to learn how to make script hip patterns with their dance moves. We will work more on this for this week too!
We always have room for more students, please tell you friends. Remember that I have online classes as too. If you ever want to go back and watch what you have done in class, now you can! You can enroll and become a member here.

| | | Saturday, October- Belly dancing for Pregnancy
Sohaila teaches once every other month at the Birthing Education Center.
This is a fun class for those that are pregnant from 1 week to 9 months! No need to feel like you can't dance right before childbirth, you can! Belly dance moves can enhance your pregnancy and your child birth. The next class is in October Enroll and join us!

Email me and let me know exactly what you would like to focus on..perhaps inner and outer thighs. Possibly the arms….just let me know and I will dedicate the workout to you! Just like Debbra did, she asked if we can focus this last class for inner and outer thighs and gluteus, so we did!
