Monday Poway Class- Beg/Int and Int/Adv Belly Dance Classes
6:30 pm Beg/Int class: I hope you enjoyed working on Shimmys last week. I can't wait to see what you come up with for your script hip patterns! Lets dance and put all the moves we have covered so far together!

Wednesday- Sohaila's Shining Stars Class- All level belly dance class and Choreography
7-8 pm: We had such a great start with our Meditation last week, I hope it inspired you to set your goals on your dancers divine goal map. The first of every month we will go over your goals and see what you have accomplished. Keep your Dancers Divine Goal Map in your workbook and bring to class please.This week lets work on some veil technique! If you have a veil bring it, if not, no worries I have them here.
8-9 pm: We didn't get to finish the full drum choreography but its coming along quite well. Lets definitely work on the specifics this week. |

Friday Palomar College Class- Near and Middle Eastern Dance class 9:00 am
What a fun day we had learning how to use the Veils, hope you had a lot of fun…how did you feel after class, were your arms a bit sore?! Lets continue to work on the choreography. Please read up on Folkloric Dance styles in your workbook. See you on Friday!
