Adopt a Highway on March 6th

We will have IANT Adopt A Highway cleanup next Sunday March 6th after Fajir at 7am.
We will pick up debris on a 2 miles stretch of Highway 78 in Garland. Please join us in this noble cause.

| Suffa is Hiring a New Administrative Assistant |
|
 |
As an Administrative Assistant at Suffa Islamic Seminary, you will be expected to perform the following tasks:
- Maintain scheduled office hours.
- Oversee day to day office operations including but not limited to answering phones, returning emails and voicemails, assisting the congregation in response to questions, customer service, filing.
- Represent Suffa Islamic Seminary in a professional manner, including following an appropriate dress code and acting as the face of Suffa.
- Schedule, plan and conduct Open House.
- Advertise Suffa on various social media outlets.
- Create fliers and advertising materials as needed.
- Conduct placement exams.
- General office responsibilities.
- Ensure registration and payment runs smoothly.
- Assist teachers with classroom set up.
- Supply inventory and ordering.
- Suggest ideas and plan for conferences, workshops, courses, field trips, etc. that will drive enrollment. All ideas are subject to SISMC approval.
- Promote Suffa courses and related materials in the community.
- File maintenance and retention.
- Correspondence with students and teachers in a timely manner.
- Put packets together for new students.
- Customer Service.
- Schedule and attend meetings as needed.
- Take meeting notes as needed.

Go Green with the IANT Green Team
|

The IANT Green Team has introduced recycling at IANT on December 5, 2015, alhamdulillah. Please make use of the blue recycling bins, and help us to make IANT an even better place:- Please make sure to only dump permitted items which are Paper, Plastic and Aluminum. Do not dump any other material please.
- Moreover, you can bring your recyclable trash from home and dump it directly into the new recycling dumpster in the parking lot.
Please make use of this new service of IANT and help us to fulfill our duty as responsible Muslim citizens and to reduce our impact on the environment.
