I know it's Sunday and I am hoping you are having a wonderful day. It's so beautiful here in Southern California and the weather finally cooled off just a tad.
I know it's challenging to put 'ME' time on your schedule especially when you have priorities and deadlines to meet. But when your body tells you to slow down and you don't listen, thats when it's time! This is what happened to me a few weeks ago. I have been running around doing so much, that my body finally said, "Either you slow down now or I will make you"! Sure enough thats what it did! I was literally was in bed for 2 weeks with fever and cough, and then another week to recuperate! I haven't been that sick in quite a while. But it made me really think about what I was doing, working a lot. My excuses were, "but I just love everything I do, I don't call it work at all". Even though I love 'working' we definately need to take time for ourselves. This is why I founded
