Your success as an entrepreneur doesn’t only rely on your ability to deal with numbers and finances. Even though your skill may pave the way for numerous opportunities, capitalizing on those chances is an entirely different thing. With all the complexities that can arise, your performance as a business owner will heavily depend on your mental fitness.

Developing an entrepreneurial mindset is just as important as improving your skillset. A person with a strong mind will know when to take risks, can think of solutions outside the box, and has the strength to embrace uncertainty. Luckily, this mindset can be developed with time and effort.

1. Set a time for daily reflection

In Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, he states the importance of beginning with an end in mind. As an entrepreneur, one of the most important things you need to have is a clear vision of what you want to achieve. Other than serving as your road map, the milestones you’ve set serves as a reminder of why you’re enduring the challenges you’re currently facing.
Millennial and Gen Z nurses cite team dynamics, professional growth opportunities, and flexible scheduling as important factors in the work environment as part of a new study.

"What matters to you?" This is a question the Institute for Healthcare Improvement encourages clinicians to ask patients to help create customized plans of care. Healthcare leaders can also ask this question of their staff members to improve the work environment and cultivate joy at work.

In this same vein, leaders at Nashville-based HCA Healthcare, with 94,000+ registered nurses, were curious about what matters to millennial and Gen Z nurses as those two groups have started to make up a larger portion of the nursing workforce.

"We've seen a big shift in our demographics now for about the last four years. We went from the millennials and the Gen Z being the minority in our employee population, particularly our nursing group, to now they're the majority," says Jane Englebright, PhD, RN CENP, FAAN, senior vice president and chief nurse executive at HCA Healthcare.
A social media marketing strategy is a summary of everything you plan to do and hope to achieve on social media. It guides your actions and lets you know whether you’re succeeding or failing. Every post, reply, like, and comment should serve a purpose.

The more specific your strategy is, the more effective the execution will be. Keep it concise. Don’t make your plan so lofty and broad that it’s unattainable or impossible to measure.

In this post, we’ll walk you through an eight-step plan to create a winning social media marketing plan of your own.
