“Greenpeace scientists say they found "extreme" concentrations of microplastic pollution in the Sargasso Sea. In one sample, they discovered almost 1,300 fragments of microplastic -- more than the levels found last year in the notorious Great Pacific Garbage Patch.”

#breakfreefromplastic changemakers from China Zero Waste Alliance led a nationwide celebration of Zero Waste Day last weekend. This year’s Zero Waste Day saw 28 provinces and 80 cities holding simultaneous activities to raise awareness on the importance of going Zero Waste!
