You are in the development phase of a new camera module?
TRIOPTICS offers you a prototype service, which includes the joint development and a small series production of your camera depending on your needs. We manufacture your prototype with reproducible accuracy and offer professional support for the development process. The focus is on the active alignment including the mechanical design and the optimal optical parameters. The alignment is done in the sub-micrometer range in all 6 axes (tilt, shift, focus, rotation) to achieve the optimum image quality.

  • Joint optimization of your camera sample for the active alignment process
  • Initial inspection of the lens with the ImageMaster® HR
  • Active Alignment including UV curing with ProCam®
  • Oven curing
  • Final quality control and detailed analysis by CamTest 
  • Finding the best configuration for your series production by using ProCam® and CamTest

We are happy to assist you with the choice of the adhesive. You will also receive the evaluations and measurement results for traceability and analysis. The jointly developed solution from prototyping can later be easily transferred to TRIOPTICS alignment systems for series production of the camera.

On June 12th Dirk Seebaum will give a very interesting presentation on the topic of assembly and testing of LiDAR components at the AutoSensONLINE Conference.

The presentation outlines the early development of processes for passive and active alignment as well as for testing of the optical systems. The lecture also shows the results from prototype manufacturing of product validation samples for LiDAR systems. Using the same metrology, the same control algorithms and the same software tools from prototyping, the scaling up for series production could be ensured without changing the technology or the basic equipment.
