DEAR STUDENTS,
It's been a pleasure to connect with many of you again through the Zoom Pilates classes. I miss being together with you at the Mind Body Dojo, yet it is still a way to relate, keep active, and stay strong. The classes have been well attended, which is encouraging, since we do not know when things will return to normal.
