What?? Summer is already half over? When I was younger, summer vacations went by fast too but I sure knew how to use them back then. They were all about sleeping in, chilling out, and having adventures with my mom and friends. Well, guess what? You don’t have to be a kid to do all of these things in the summer. Have you done them enough so? It is so important to take a summer break and the best way I know to do that is to make some girl time. Grab some girlfriends and plan some hangouts and fun activities. Spending down time with amazing women gives us a chance to share ideas and feelings that we might be bottling up, or just need to hear new viewpoints on. It refreshes our souls. Taking a break from the daily grind energizes us to get more done when we return to work time. There are so many ways to combine friends and fun and give your soul the break it needs from the daily grind. So, take summer breaks (not 3 full months, of course) and indulge in some me time/girl time.
Here are a few of the ways I get my summer break, girl time on:

| 1. One of my favorite things is to go shopping with my mom. The cool thing is that now we don’t even have to leave the house. We can do it online and have access to tons of fantastic shops. I even started a shop of my own and filled it with some of my favorite things so I can share them with others. Invite a friend over, get some munchies and your favorite beverages and shop til you drop (the mouse). | 2. Have a makeup party and do glamour shots in a home studio. Pick the friends house with the most room at a long table and good lighting (or not so good, hehe), set up your mirrors and get your makeup on. Help each other try new techniques that you find in magazines or online. Then get out your phone cameras and click away. Set up several backgrounds or scenes before the party and pull out your party dresses. To share your fun time with other friends make your favorite pic your new facebook profile for the week.

| | 3. Join a group that will help you succeed in your dreams and goals. There is nothing better than collective shine. Yep, you heard it right. Collective Shine! When we join together with people we share our ideas and motivate each other to reach for the sun. This can be as simple as joining a book club or a business group. Angel and I believe in this so much that we started the Multicultural Business Association.
We took this one step further and made a phenomenal Multicultural Women’s Network group! We meet the first Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm to learn valuable business skills from our highly experienced members and guest speakers. We help each other discover ways to shine brighter and we teach each other by sharing our different perspectives in the world. It’s amazing to experience all these rays of light coming together! This month is our Mastery Success Mastermind Circle. Sure hope you can join us Friend!

This Thursday evening we our Mastery Success Mastermind Circle! Our Mastermind Circle is a group of motivated and inspired individuals who are interested in getting together for to share ideas, goal set, strategize, and inspire one another. The goal is to reach our goals together and to build self-confidence, success and all types of wealth (financial and personal).
Being part of a powerful mastermind circle, provides us with much needed accountability. Our members hold each other responsible to do the things they say they will do.

| | Sohaila's Belly Dance and NewVo Fitness Classes
I have a plethora of amazing belly dance classes and NewVo fitness classes to choose from either in studio or online. I know for some of you that it is just too hard to get to a dance or fitness class, this is why I have structured my classes to be in studio or on line. I have an exclusive member hub that you have access to 24/7 to learn from anywhere you are around the world! Over 400 live dance and fitness classes. New classes posted weekly! Check it out here. For those that want an intimate small group setting to learn from, then join me in my in studio classes. I have two classes that are offered in studio in Escondido, California. My Wednesday evening class is an ongoing belly dance class starting at 7:00 pm. If you care to stay for our choreography class this starts at 8 pm. My NewVo fitness class, which is a multi-cultural fitness class that takes you around the world in less than 45 minutes, will leave you energized all day.
