Eatery News
Our Eatery has reopened the Juice Bar for fresh juices & smoothies. Beginning Monday, July 6th: Our Eatery will fully reopen with a limited menu which will include sandwiches, soups, & drummies. We will be following state guidelines of limited seating capacity and groups of no more than 4 people with spacing in between tables. Social distancing will be observed. Our Grab-N-Go cases are filled as well with your favorite foods & baked goods!

Charcoal – Detox and Longevity

Since the 1970’s we have recommended charcoal capsules to treat primarily food poisoning and in some cases to neutralize upset stomachs. We also said you should not take charcoal for more than 3 days or so because it was thought that charcoal would also absorb beneficial nutrients. According to research in the last few years it turns out charcoal can be taken on a regular basis without any adverse effects.
