VolunteerHQ is Going Live!

Dear SMART Recovery Volunteers,

We are excited to announce the phase one Go Live of VolunteerHQ (VHQ), SMART Recovery’s volunteer portal.

As we begin activating all current volunteers in our new SMART Information System (SIS), you will receive an email from WordPress with a username and password. These credentials will enable you to log into VolunteerHQ and access our new Volunteer Registration Forms to register a new meeting or make changes to an existing meeting.

Remember to bookmark the new link - https://volunteerhq.smartrecovery.org/. You can also find the tab at the top of the SMART Recovery homepage.

This is what the new Volunteer HQ page looks like. There will be additional phases rolled-out in the coming months.

If you do not receive the email or forget your log in credentials, click “Log In” then “Lost your password?” You will need your username or the email you used to register with SMART. A password reset link will be sent to you from WordPress.

If you have not yet registered with SMART Recovery as a volunteer, click “Create Credentials” to register. Newly registered volunteers should receive their credentials within one business day.

Our National Office team and IT partners at Transom have worked to make the transition to VHQ as seamless as possible. If you experience any issues during registration or using the portal, or have feedback, please use the “Contact Us” form on the portal to provide details.
