Happy Canada Day!
We hope everyone has a great Canada Day weekend and enjoys the country’s 150th celebrations! There are many great activities planned in Toronto this coming weekend, such as the Canada Day concert at Nathan Phillips Square and the fireworks at Humber Bay Park!
Toronto real estate prices are up 15% year over year. Over the past two weeks there has been a slight decrease in supply of available homes for sale, which is giving buyers less to choose from. Sellers continue to drive the market and choice properties continue to sell quickly and in multiple offers.
This month be sure to enter for a chance to win a limited edition S'well water bottle, review the monthly market statistics, and much more!

| Toronto, Vancouver: Housing bubbles or simply world-class cities
|
| |
High prices in and of themselves aren’t unique to Toronto and Vancouver, however “When you look at these cities’ home price-to income ratios, benchmarked against their own individual histories and to the rest of Canada, it looks like a gigantic bubble,” Mr. Rosenberg said in his report.
“But when you look at the two of them in a global context, they don’t stand out as bubbles at all" |
