Subject: Toronto Real Estate Post October Edition

This Fall’s market statistics haven’t been as strong as we have seen in many of the previous year’s Fall markets. While prices overall are still slightly up over last year’s prices, the number of sales have decreased in many areas and the number of properties available for sale has increased, offering buyers more choice. In addition to these declining numbers, announcements were made recently regarding changes in mortgage financing rules set to take effect on January 1 that will further cool the market in many segments. We will be sending out more information in the coming weeks regarding the changes and how it might affect your real estate plans next year. If you are not on our mailing list, please be sure to contact us today to receive this important information package!

If you would like to discuss how these mortgage rule changes will impact you in 2018, call us today to find out more details and what action you may need to take now!
