CURRENT COVID COMMUNITY SHARED AGREEMENT
––––
It has been a joy for us team members to see our guests arrive and adapt their behaviors and to honor our “Wilbur Community Shared Agreement” (in response to COVID-19).

Truly, it’s a community effort to keep one another safe, and to show kindness and respect for one another during challenging times. If you plan on visiting Wilbur in September you can find the current covid guidelines on our website, please read them prior to your visit.

LOCAL FIRE UPDATE
––––
It's fire season, here at Wilbur. Currently, there are no evacuation orders for Wilbur. We remain open and are monitoring fires closely.

Our guests’ safety and the protection of this sanctuary is our number one priority. We’ve been working closely with our local Fire Department and Chief Gilbert over the past months. Together with Wilbur staff, we have created evacuation plans, and taken all precautions available to keep Wilbur safe this year.

We encourage all guests to be mindful of the fires and air quality when planning your visit. If you are sensitive to low air quality or smoke, we recommend checking local conditions on AirNow or PurpleAir, prior to your visit.

The unique topography at Wilbur means that air quality can shift dramatically in the course of as little as an hour. Prolonged exposure to unhealthy air, especially for day users who do not have access to the hotel, can be hard on the throat and lungs.

If we evacuate or close Wilbur due to fires during a planned reservation, we will issue refunds to those affected. As part of our safety plan, we will also call any upcoming guests should an evacuation order be placed.

With smoke occasionally filling the sky, the ambiance here at Wilbur continues to remain calm, quiet, and tranquil as always.

Here's a wonderful review from a guest who visited during our July food program, where we had guest chef the entire month. September we do not have a Guest chef but stay tuned for future announcements.

"The baths and the location are a tranquil, amazing experience. Also, temporarily we paid a fee for three catered meals a day. It was well worth the fee. The food was so fresh and delicious. It was so delectable you didn't even realize that it was actually healthy. Amazing experience. Highly recommend." - Laura M. July 29th, 2020
