Zaatar is a blend of middle eastern herbs & spices that is becoming wildly popular. It is used by chefs to top off hummus, as a rub for meat, mixed with olive oil, etc. What differentiates Apricot Sun Zaatar from other Zaatar is that they use original thyme that is grown in the Mediterranean region, which is known for its unique tangy flavor.
