µPhase® VERTICAL PRO Automated serial measurement of optical surfaces with interferometer

TRIOPTICS BERLIN introduces the µPhase® VERTICAL PRO, a new interferometer system that allows the fast serial measurement of up to 30 samples in a compact design. For its use in production, it is characterized not only by the fully automated measurement sequence, but also by its simple setup. The surfaces of spherical, toric and aspherical lenses are measured. The blanks can be made out of different materials (glass, plastic or metal). Radii are determined with high precision of ±0.1 µm.

µShape™ 8 New design and new functions

All in the spirit of user-friendliness, the interferometer software µShape™ has been further developed to the new version 8. With its simple structure and newly designed icons, µShape™ 8 is not only easy to use and adapt to user-defined screen sizes, but is also compatible with Windows 10. Furthermore, the display of the live image is offered as an additional window on a second monitor and the functionality of the µShape™ add-on modules "External Interface", "MultiStatistics" and "FastFringe" has been extended. A comprehensive tolerance analysis is already in progress for version 8.1.
