Give Your Customers Options
RingByName allows callers that reach a voicemail box to select an option to be routed back to an operator instead of leaving a voicemail message. This is useful feature to give your customers or clients options. It gives them more control and a better user experience. A lot of times someone else in the same department can answer the question. Now the client can ask the operator to send them to someone else who can help them and they can get an answer right away instead of waiting for their voice message to be returned.

If the user they were trying to call is not available, give them the option to be routed to the operator instead of leaving a voice message.
