A new hotel proposed for Holmgren Way would help push the Green Bay area above 4,500 hotel rooms.
The village's Site Plan Review Committee and Plan Commission on Tuesday will consider a proposal to build a 64-room My Place Hotel on vacant property at 2200 Holmgren Way. It joins several other hotels proposed this year in the Green Bay area.
