| Updated strata schemes application forms |
|
NCAT has recently updated the strata schemes application and strata schemes interim application forms. Applicants in strata schemes disputes are no longer required to provide a copy of the strata roll to NCAT. This change has been introduced to make it easier and cheaper for parties to resolve their strata dispute when seeking Tribunal orders.
The strata schemes forms have been updated to reflect these reduced requirements when lodging an application to NCAT.

NCAT has also developed a new Strata schemes fact sheet [PDF 467kb] to assist parties. Parties are required to read this fact sheet before lodging a strata schemes application to NCAT.
The new fact sheet includes:

- Mediation requirements for your type of strata scheme dispute
- The types of evidence and supporting materials needed to support your case
