energies of the Universe were perfectly aligned for you to take this
incarnation in this Lifetime.
Once
a year, around the time of your birthday, the Sun returns to the exact
position that it occupied in the heavens, on the day that you were born. In Astrology this event is known as your Solar Return. |
| The
Sun symbolizes your vitality and life-force energy. It indicates the
primary way that you flow energy into the world, throughout your life. Although the Sun is in the same position, many other factors are significantly different.
Your Solar Return report looks at the current conditions surrounding
your Sun, which indicate how you will be flowing your energy over the
coming year, and the major themes that could be getting your attention.
Mary Shea is an internationally acclaimed author, lecturer, counselor, and astrologer. In this report, in a simple and easy to understand way, she identifies potential opportunities, challenges and new directions for your coming year.
Each report comes with a beautiful full-color 'bi-wheel' chart which shows the placement of planets at the time of your birth AND where they are at the time of your solar return.
In the following example the planetary positons at the time of birth are shown on the inner wheel, while the planetary positions for the Solar Return are on the outer wheel. You can see there are significant differences!

The energy for the coming year starts building in the three months up to your birthday, so you don't need to wait for your birthday to order your Solar Return.
Your Location Matters
For the most accuracy it is best to draw up a Solar Return chart for the location where you will be on your birthday, so if you are away on vacation, or now live in a place different from where you were born, that is the location your would use for your Solar Return. It is possible to do a Solar Return for your birthplace (which is what I did in the case of Beyonce) and it will still give you good information, but will be less accurate.
